Hi, this is Pastor Glenn. I have been with Oasis and served as the Worship Leader since the start of the church in Aug 2003. I am married to the lovely Julie and we have 1 daughter, Jessica. I have been playing guitar for almost 25 years, and have been playing and singing in bands for almost 20 of those years. (if you must know, I have 2 guitars, a Les Paul Goldtop, and a 1991 PRS Custom 24, also I’m playing a Line 6 Vetta II amp) I am a HUGE football fan, my favorite team is Tampa, and I love the TSO! I love anything musically from the 80’s, especially the ‘hair’ music…haha. I had the pleasure of playing in the band Slingshot for almost 10 years, during which time we made 2 cd’s, showcased for some major labels and opened for some national acts. I was able to live out my dream, but to me, the best gigs were the small coffee houses where we were able to talk to and minister to people in a really cool way. I really like Lincoln Brewster, Chris Tomlin and Matt Redman for worship music, and I really don’t have a favorite guitar player so to speak. (I like anyone who is a good player) Some other hobbies are playing my guitar, working in my yard, watching Emergency! (Yes, the show from the early 1970’s!) with my daughter and I love crossword puzzles! As for Oasis Worship, my heart is for the Lord to lead us, that we would do His will and He would take us where He wants us to go.Glenn and Julie Nasso
